Grand Hotpot Lounge: Reviews & Ratings
i ordered from the tier A and it was more than enough food to choose from. They have a variety of fried foods and the meats and vegetables to choose from. The tomato hotpot is good and flavorful and so is the house satay. It’s worth going here for AYCE and they have a variety of drinks you go get yourself. Ice cream is self served at the front by the door!
An incredible hidden gem right in the middle of south sac. As you enter this place, you are greeted by a beautifully modern decorated place. They provide an abundance of food for an AYCE and Drink Chinese HotPot and Karaoke if you choose. They have 3 different menu options to choose.
This place is amazing! The food is fresh and so delicious, the broths were very flavorful. You pick from different tiers. Each tier has a variety of foods for your hotpot and appetizers to choose from. We rented out a karaoke room for my birthday and it enhanced our experience even more! Having a private room with friends and a hotpot table created an unforgettable time. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Drinks are also included with your meals along with a condiments bar and rice station. 10/10 recommend and I will for sure be revisiting. (Blurred video for privacy of friends)
The Sac area has been getting a lot of AYCE hot pot in the past few years, and with the winter weather, I've got no complaints. Grand Hotpot is a nice new offering with its own interesting hook; all-you-can-drink, and karaoke. This one's in South Sac on Florin, right down the road from 99 Ranch, and has quick access from I-5/99. Its in a dated little shopping complex, but looking at the restaurant, you can tell that they didn't skimp on expense for the aesthetics. The restaurant has very nice lighting and features. We got there around 5 on a Sunday and beat the rush, but by the time we were leaving they were almost out of tables, so plan accordingly. They have a very extensive menu for hotpot selections set up in the familiar A/B/C tier style, all at pretty reasonable prices. You don't even have to get the top tier for unlimited Wagyu. (And if you're drinking, be warned, if you order a large/XL on the sake or soju cocktails, you're gonna need help drinking it). This place has 6 broths to choose from, and you get to choose 2 per pot. We had the tonkatsu and spicy miso, which were both good. The spicy is actually spicy, their chili oil doesn't play around. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive, and the portions are extremely generous; we usually order multiple rounds, but here we were almost knocked out by the first. You're also going to want to save room for the well-stocked ice cream bar for a sweet treat at the end. Although we didn't do any singing, I still wanted to look into the karaoke, and the pricing for rooms is some of the best in Sacramento, considering it also includes food and drinks. They are ready to accommodate some big parties; they have a couple of rooms that can handle 25+ and various rooms from groups of 10 or less, so this building must be huge. If you need some hotpot to fight off the winter cold and you've got an appetite, come check this place out, it's a hit.
Amazing hotpot experience! The offerings were extensive and fresh! Drinks included, including some alcohol. We are clean freaks and the place was exceptionally clean! It’s newly renovated! They have several karaoke rooms. The staff were kind and helpful! Especially Rachel and Winnie. Winnie was so sweet to my granddaughter. I’m already planning my next visit! Edit: We went back to Grand Hot Pot this past Friday 2/28/26 as soon as they opened. The experience was a little different. Two men were working the dining room area. Our waiter was nice, but not as attentive as the ladies. Our appetizers took a long time and when they arrived, we only got one tempura shrimp and one pot sticker each. We had to ask three times and only received three shrimp each. That was disappointing. Other than that, the food is still very fresh and good.
I’ve been to the Grand Hot Pot Lounge in SF and I believe it is the same branch. All you can eat hot pot, honey walnut shrimp, crab won tons, unlimited drinks, ice cream, beer and karaoke rooms you can rent. I came here for a private party in their large room and I think it’s a little harder since the tables are larger and leaning over compared to smaller tables but the food is still really good and service is good too. Their meats, veggies, seafood variety. You can have 2 different soup bases. In the main area you can get your own rice and make your own sauces and drinks. Huge venue space, located in a shopping plaza on a Saturday night it was pretty busy and parking was full. Highly recommend for groups and families!
Was recommended by someone and had to give it a try. Overall this is a great deal for $26 per-person for tier A if you're craving hot pot. The drinks are a bit different more targeted towards the Asians and they are canned drinks not fountain. The drinks provided American wise is Sprite, Diet coke, and regular coke while for Asians soybean milk, coconut water with jelly, Thai tea, Taro milk tea with boba (canned), lychee juice, and of course bottled waters. This is a cool and super unique experience also for $50 for tier C you get an all you can drink soju cocktail which is super cool. The XL soju if you do purchase that instead of going for tier C it will only cover like 8 shots. The restrooms are individual stalls/individual restrooms reminding me of an airplane restrooms and the ice cream there are self served scooped ice cream containers. The sauce bar does not have a base or their own sauce so you gotta know your sauce game and make it from scratch . They also have a karaoke room in this area. Overall I would highly recommend this area for any family or even friend groups who like to drink and have a good time, there's plenty of space inside and outside has plenty of parking. Downside is this place is located in a ghetto area, but at least a large Bingo building next door makes it feel safe and also this place is surrounded by (Hmong/Hmoob) convient stores so tryna let my fellow hmong people know they're safe here too.
Best hotpot in Sacramento. Food is fresh and authentic. Sauce bar is always stocked. Place is always clean. Service is fantastic. Highly recommended.
